I am a recent recipient of an MA in Graphic Design from the London College of Communication (part of The University of the Arts, London). I completed my undergraduate studies at American University, earning a BA in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. Involved with design since 1999, I work with the Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and AfterEffects). I am also a photographer, using both film and digital mediums. I love working in the darkroom, even going so far as to build one for personal use. I currently live a short distance away from New York City in New Jersey. Since graduating from American University I have worked for FSB Associates, a boutique marketing firm that specializes in the publishing industry. As part of my role at FSB I was instrumental in implementing a social media strategy for the company and its clients. I have also worked in the Creative Department at Nestlé Nutrition, under their Infant and HealthCare divisions. Working closely with their Design Managers, I acted as a Project Coordinator and a Copy Editor during the packaging redesign of several popular brands. Before undertaking my Master's studies, I was a graphic designer for Wedgewood Communications, working on campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. I am currently the Art Director at a boutique marketing agency, acting as the lead designer responsible for all creative services. |
